Urge House Members to Vote NO on HB2206

TCV STRONGLY OPPOSES THIS BILL

If it passes, it will weaken the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation's (TDEC) ability to regulate decentralized sewage systems. We need every one of you to email the House member who represents you and urge them to vote NO on HB2206.

This bill weakens TDEC’s ability to review the design and construction of alternative sewer systems. TDEC’s review and approval is needed to protect homeowners and water quality and to ensure wastewater systems are properly designed and implemented.
